Katie Souza's testimony is a journey of positive transformation in the hands of God.

Katie was a career criminal most of her life, she was convicted of a number of felonies and sent to federal prison to serve almost twelve years. While serving what would be her final prison sentence, Katie encountered God in a way that dramatically changed her life. She immediately became an outspoken advocate for Jesus and her infectious love for him caused many women inside her cell block to accept Him as their Savior.

Soul-Healing Techniques

Katie is known for her insight relating to soul-healing, a revelation that explains why so many believers can appear to do everything they have learned in church and still fail to receive breakthrough in their lives. Katie lives in Arizona with her husband, Robert, and their two small dogs. She writes, teaches, produces a television program (which is broadcast around the world) and travels extensively. The Captivity Series draws from Katie’s experiences in prison and her miraculous healing through God. It parallels the Israelites captivity with inmates’ captivity and how the Lord can use this to bring you to your Jeremiah 29:11 expected end. Healing the Wounded Soul begins with Katie’s testimony and addresses why so many of us received Jesus into our lives but found ourselves yet doing the things we used to do. It provides tools to victory through getting the soul healed. Today, Chaplains and Prison Ministers teach this series and the ministry receives letters from inmates, chaplains, and governmental entities from all over the world!
